Solving the missing piece for a HMO Property Developer

We recently helped a HMO Property Developer with the missing piece of their puzzle. This particular property developer wanted to improve their speed when analysing deals, they already had design software which enables them to quickly calculate the best layouts for their HMO conversion. Our Brief was to produce a Cost Plan that can be adjusted quickly for each project.

Although all projects are different, we looked at the commonality of the projects this property developer undertakes, always conversions of 2/3 bed residential houses into a 5/6 bed HMO. By providing a Cost Plan in a workable excel document - All our customer has to do is input their measures and the formulae in the document do the rest. Time is money!
